What is a dropbox?
A dropbox is a service we offer that enables you to get the most out of your postage! You can add as little a £10 worth of product per order to your metaphorical box, (it's actually just put on a shelf but shhhh) and when you're ready, have it posted out to you! If you were to place 2 £20 orders seperately, this would cost you £9.50 in postage ordinarily. With a dropbox, you'd only pay the £4.75 for 1 box! If your total order values go over £49, it would then be £9.50 for 2 boxes and so on. 
How do I open a dropbox?
To open a dropbox, fill up your basket as if you're placing a normal order. When you reach checkout, choose the "Start or Add to Dropbox" shipping option. As long as your order is over £10 AFTER discounts, this option will be visable and able to be used. Please note though, your order will not be posted until the appropriate postage has been paid. How do I add to a dropbox?
To add to a dropbox, it's the same as above! Just select the "Start or Add to Dropbox" shipping option at checkout. Each subsequent order must have the exact same shipping details, including name and address for us to combine orders. They also all must be over £10 to qualify.
How do I close a dropbox?
Closing a dropbox is pretty simple! At checkout there are a few "Close Dropbox" options available. The option you choose depends on the value of all of your open orders, BEFORE discounts. So if you've got a dropbox already worth £30 after discounts, and you used a £5 off discount on 5 orders, you must add £25 back on to that £30. This would then give you £55 in value, which as it is over £49 in value, would be split between 2 boxes and therefore would require £9.50 postage.
How long can I keep a dropbox open for?
Forever! At BCE there is no limit. If you can't wait months for your box you can have it shipped after having it open for a few days. If you want to build up a substantial order, you can keep it open for weeks, months or even years if you really fancied it!
I received a fulfilment email but I wanted my dropbox to stay open - help!
Don’t panic! Your order will not have been sent unless you close your box and pay shipping. Orders are marked as fulfilled when they have been added to the dropbox wall so that we can keep track of what’s been added and what hasn’t.
