Turnaround time and shipping

 

What is your turnaround time and how long will it take to ship my order?

All of the items on the website are ready to ship only! If there are any exceptions, this will be stated in the product description.

Therefore, orders will be packed within 7 WORKING days usually. It can be a lot quicker when its quiet but during busy periods orders can take up to 14 working days to process. Please note, Orders will only be packed and shipped once payment has cleared. In the case your payment is marked as pending, we will wait until it’s cleared to dispatch your items.

Depending on your selected shipping method, your order will take a different amount of time to get to you, once you have received a dispatch notification.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for: 1-2 working days.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for: 2-5 working days.

Please note as mentioned above our turnaround time can reach 14 working days during busy periods.

 

Do you offer collection?

Currently, no, we can only post items using a signed for service provided by Royal Mail.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, no, we only ship within the U.K.

 

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is £4.75 for orders under £49 in value. £49.01-£98 is £9.50, and so on.
