• gift cards get sent to the email address/ customer that orders them. THIS CANNOT BE AMENDED. Make sure your email address is correct before ordering.
• If you wish to gift someone else a gift card, please enter their email address at checkout!
• please order gift cards on their own.
• gift card balances can be spread across multiple orders. So if you have a £50 gift card you do not need to spend it all in one go!
• please note that if your order total comes to more than the gift card is worth, you will be asked to pay the difference.
• you can use multiple gift cards per order! As per mentioned above, if you wish you use this as a saving option you can! Purchase 2x£15 gift cards and you can use them separately or on the same order.
• discount codes can also be used on the same order as a redeemed gift card! Bag that 10% off your whole order AND use the last £5er on your gift card! Result!

To redeem a (or multiple) gift cards

Redeeming your gift card is super simple! You will receive an email with a code (check your junk folders too!). This code can be inputted into the ‘gift card or discount code’ bar at checkout. You can even use multiple gift cards! (No more having pennies left on 10 cards 😂)

You must use the same email/ account that purchased the gift card to redeem it.

Don’t worry if you lose your gift card code. It’s fine! We can resend you the email containing your code.

Please note we are unable to access the full code ourselves and can only email a copy to the intended customer.

Do our gift cards expire?

Currently, no they don’t! You can use your BCE gift card 5 years from now if you wished! Although, we think you’ll be right on the website having a browse once you receive it!
